Day 4 : Morning
Well.. It was difficult to wake up and realise that we were in our last leg of our Coorg trip!
After our breakfast, we started packing our things and after checking out at 11am – we decided to finish our trip with some adrenaline-rush activities. Hence, we reached Club Mahindra (Madikeri)
.
The good part is that you can experience all their indoor/outdoor activities by paying it individually or as a package – even if you do not stay at their resort!
Day 4 : Afternoon
After having an early lunch at Club Mahindra’s Mercara restaurant (though expensive – the food was awesome) – we hiked through the trees to the ATV section.
With slight drizzles and a muddy track – we were all set to start the thrill ride!
The bumpy and stony paths made us fly and for the guide it was like ‘business as usual’!
Post that we headed to the High Rope activities. There are multiple levels and we chose the Beginner level.
Gosh! I had never sweated so much in a chill weather! Such was the height and experience that I could hear my heart pounding!
After trembling through the High Ropes for nearly 30 mins, we really needed a foot massage. We heard great reviews about their Spa – but, unfortunately, they were already booked for the day.
But, luckily, we got help from Garra. Now, who is that? Fishes! Yes – Fish Spa!
Get to see our reactions:
With such a relaxed feeling, it was time for us to depart from Coorg and drive on-road for the next 6 hours to Bangalore!
Day 4 : Night
While driving via Mysore Road, we halted at Kamat Lokaruchi (Ramanagara) for dinner. We relished their North Karnataka’s famous delicacies and they had a unique menu and taste!
With this, our 4-day trip to ‘Scotland of India’ came to a memorable end! You cannot ask for more as this scenic hill-station has everything – right from the majestic Cauvery river, Coffee plantations, Elephant camps, Temples and adrenaline-rush activities.
